We’re thrilled to invite visual artists to participate in our upcoming art show and festival. This is your opportunity to showcase your creativity and connect with a vibrant community of art enthusiasts.

Who Can Apply

We welcome visual artists from all disciplines, including:

  • Graphic Designers

  • Photographers

  • Painters

  • Sculptors

  • Illustrators

  • Graffiti Artists

  • Fashion Designers

Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just starting out, we want to see your work. Don’t stress if everything isn’t perfectly polished—just share what you’ve got!

What do we need from you?

  • Up to 6 images of your work

  • A short description of who you are as an artist

  • A headshot

What are we
looking for?

Graphic Design: Digital art and illustrations.

Photography: All styles, from portrait to abstract.

Painting: Traditional and modern techniques, including oil and watercolor.

Sculpture: Three-dimensional works in various materials.

Illustration: Hand-drawn and digital.

Graffiti Art: Urban and street art.

Fashion Design: Wearable art, including garments and accessories.

The Cost of Participation

Participation Fee: $25 per artist

This fee helps cover the costs associated with hosting the art show and ensuring a successful event. Here’s what the fee includes:

Exhibition Space: You will be provided with a designated area to display your artwork. This space is designed to showcase your work effectively and attract the attention of art enthusiasts and potential buyers.

Event Promotion: We’ll actively promote the event through various channels, including social media, local press, and our website. This exposure will include highlights of participating artists, ensuring that your work reaches a broader audience.

Event Logistics: The fee also contributes to the logistics of the event, including setup, security, and support throughout the exhibition days.

 FAQs

  • Yes! If you sell your work at Case Study 102, you will keep 100% of your profits.

  • Nudity and Consent: Artworks featuring nudity are permitted, provided they do not depict sexual acts involving children or any form of skat. Artists must submit all necessary consent forms to verify that all participants involved in the artwork were willing and informed.

  • Once selected, you will receive a PayPal link or invoice to secure your spot. The fee must be paid by October 15th, 2024 to confirm your participation.
